PROMPT Button Issue - Look Up does not show any value throughout the Application

 The problem is caused by enabling the "Show JavaScript Inline HTML" or "Show StyleSheet Inline HTML" option in the debug tab of the webprofile at PeopleTools > Web Profile > Web Profile Configuration > Profile Name: 'DEV'

Implement the following steps in the Instance where the issue happens.
1. Navigated to: PeopleTools > Web Profile > Web Profile Configuration
2. Opened the web profile or profiles being used.
3. Selected the "Debugging" tab.
4. Reconfigured the following: Deselected both "Show StyleSheet Inline HTML" and "Show JavaScript Inline HTML" check boxes.
5. Saved the webprofile.
6. Rebooted the webserver.
Cleared webserver and browser cache and cleared the Appserver cache.

Now all the prompt values would be visible.
